All designs sold on the EmbroideryShristi website are licensed for the original customer's use only. By downloading the embroidery files, you agree to adhere to the guidelines mentioned here and any additional statements expressed by the digitizer in the files themselves.
Payment Terms:
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or check and money orders. Credit card and most PayPal payments are cleared immediately, allowing for immediate download of designs. Other items will be shipped, and delivery times may vary. Payments made through check, money order, or e-check via PayPal will require clearance before products can be shipped or downloaded.
Refunds and Credits:
Due to the electronic nature of designs, no refunds are available after placing an order. However, we are committed to assisting you in downloading items and ensuring your order is received. In the case of a duplicate downloaded product, credit in EmbroideryShristi Dollars can be arranged within 30 days. We may also offer product exchanges or credits at the discretion of the digitizer for items that do not work as expected, provided efforts are made to work with our team to resolve the issue.
Important Notes:
Before proceeding to checkout, please keep the following points in mind:
1. All embroidery designs are available in digital formats only (downloadable). No physical mail or packages will be sent.
2. Designs are available for immediate download upon successful completion of orders.
3. If you haven't received any email within 24 hours for downloading your designs, please contact us via support ticket.
4. Customization/modification is not included in the final design price. Please contact us via support ticket for exact pricing.
